Refund Policy

HeavyDuty_Fishing, LLC strives to provide Quality Gear at exceptional rates. Refunds are accepted within 15 days of orginal receipted purchase if satisfaction is wavering: Defect, errors and malfunction- HeavyDuty_Fishing reserves the right to inspect, clarify and suggest replacement or refund within that timeframe, as applicable and in accordance to U.S Law.

-All related shipping rates are Final- Product refunds and replacement at current shipping rate, exceptions are based and at the discretion of HeavyDuty_Fishing, LLC and shipping/handling will be calculated at the time of "shipping replacement"

INFORMATION ON STOCK AND PRE-ORDERING:

All goods and services are based in stock on demand, whereas features of Pre-Order and Custom Made Product allow strict guideline and expectation and made available to the general public.

1- Pre-Order- We offer a variety of our store catalog to be available through pre-order with clear best expectation of shipping/arrival which is always estimated due to customs clearance, unforeseen shipping delay, quality control and/or Acts of God.   It is our ultimate goal to be ON TIME, EVERYTIME as we are just as excited for you to receive your Pre-Ordered Product. We have communication tracking and follow up set as information is updated to best serve our communities.

2) Custom Made Product- Many of your favorite products that you see in-stock are handcrafted right here in Northeast Oklahoma, and we are proud to offer collaborative efforts for custom designs and orders to bring your Brand to life. We notate in every custom prompt the expectations and service agreement in production lead-time. Within this policy you will find that some projects often have different lead times and is always notated and agreed upon before order placement. ALL Custom Orders are Final and refunds WILL NOT be accepted upon project and job start.
